Game Description

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT) in a vibrant, open-world setting of New York City. The story takes place in a city where mutants and humans coexist. The conflict begins when the Turtles discover shipments of mutagenic ooze scattered around the city, leading to the emergence of new mutants known as ‘Mewbies.’ While some of these Mewbies are harmless, others pose a threat, creating unease among the citizens. Players must join the Turtles to tackle these challenges and restore safety to the city.

The game features exploration, allowing players to delve into both the neighborhood and the sewers, engaging with various characters and environments. Cooperative gameplay is a significant aspect, as the game supports both single-player and co-op modes, encouraging teamwork among players to complete missions and challenges. The variety of missions includes helping citizens, finding and dealing with Mewbies, delivering pizzas—echoing the Turtles’ classic motif—and building a graffiti collection that adds a creative element to the gameplay.

Character guidance from April O’Neil and Master Splinter enhances the narrative, providing insights and context for players’ actions. The overarching storyline weaves themes of justice and chaos, combining humor and action true to the TMNT franchise. Players can choose to play as one of the four Turtles, each likely possessing unique skills and abilities to tackle different challenges. Changing the citizens’ perceptions of Mewbies adds a layer of social interaction, as players navigate how to earn their trust.
